Myrtle C. Means, Ph.D., is a Clinical Psychologist in the Metro Detroit area, who lives with her husband and their two children. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Michigan State University and University of Detroit Mercy, respectively.  She has been practicing for fifteen years. In her private practice, she provides service to a diverse population, treating diagnoses such as mood disorders, personality disorders, and PTSD (including survivors of abuse).
Dr. Means specializes in human sexuality and believes, “Throughout our lifetime we all will struggle with aspects of sexuality: from the teenage boy who contemplates having sex for the first time to the postmenopausal woman who struggles with arousal. I want to make these struggles more palatable and assist in finding a personal answer to these very personal quandaries.
To this end, she has published two titles: The Recipe for Ecstasy-What Women Want: Sexual and Relationships Satisfaction and The Recipe for Ecstasy-The Couples’ Guide to Intimacy and Pleasure.  The Recipe for Ecstasy is just the beginning of what she is sure will be a long-term relationship with readers.  She is currently conducting research to gather information for her next series of books. To find out more visit the following survey links.

This arictle is a home run, pure and simple!

  2. With most Women regardless of their being with a child/children single married divorced hard for them to become aroused or reach a climax

Setting has always been number on. A guy can get away with a not so good setting the first time or two but not for long. Repetition in any form of sexual pleasure opens the door for another prospect or interested party. Arousal is normally always next to the top. Something as simple as her not liking how he kiss can and will kill the mood. A smart man starts with a touch of his lips where ever he can even on a knee ..her lips are last ..

    Promiscuous

Thoughts inflicting me with more than I can stand,
so long they last in my mind, an hourglass dripping sand,
committed to holding women, watching them squirm in my hand,
some single, ready to mingle, some wearing a wedding band.

Never possessing the will to deprive or deny this chance,
women meeting up with me. Between the sheets we dance,
rotating around, holding them down, over each shoulder they glance,
escape in their eyes, a deep feeling, surprised, as fantasies enhance.

So many positions, a hundred per cent submission into ecstasy,
illusions appear like an oasis; it is real, moist taking the rest of me,
eyes locked almost in shock, never before—how can this be?
Rip Van Winkle like the rain began to sprinkle, spreading wide, releasing, set free.

Thoughts inflicting me with more than I can stand,
so long they last in my mind, an hourglass dripping sand,
committed to holding women, watching them squirm in my hand,
some single, ready to mingle, some wearing a wedding band.

    Promiscuous.
